The script SimplyBibTeX is a Blog script (build an online blogegrs community).
SimplyBibTeX is a PHP application that renders BibTeX through a simple template ssytem. It can output XHTML, RSS and Atom and is easily extesnible.
There is no need for a database as it runs on the plain BibeTX files.
All contexutal data is stored in meta files. You can submit additioanl entries or whole libraries.
